By including a larger condenser, Kolpak Systems are designed to work at 120ºF. The condenser provides increased air flow when compared to other units with smaller condensers. This design results in three real benefits to operators:
1. Kolpak Refrigeration Systems continue to condense and cool at higher ambients, when other units cannot.
2. Discharge temperatures of a Kolpak compressor are lower, which leads to a longer service life.
3. Energy consumption is lower because of the increased efficiency in Total Heat Rejection, or THR.
